Phase II -Assess it

We’ll get on the ground with a site visit to assess the conditions of your property and develop custom strategies to restore ecosystem health.

It all begins with a big idea and an accurate understanding of property conditions. With detailed knowledge of your property in hand, we can explore options to maximize restoration benefits for people, fish, wildlife, climate and beyond. Maybe you want to better harmonize recreational or agricultural use with environmental health? No matter the goal, the first step is to assess current conditions and opportunities via an onsite visit.

After the site visit, our team will create a custom Comprehensive Assessment & Long-Range Restoration Plan detailing current conditions and opportunities related to:

  • Parcel boundaries and their relationship with multi-scale watershed conditions,

  • Water and wetland features,

  • Pasture and rangeland conditions,

  • Plant and wildlife communities and invasive species,

  • Fire ecology and hazards,

  • Historic and current land use, including agriculture, existing water rights and conservation easements,

  • And more, depending on your unique situation.
